Deadeye Cold Tornado Shot (Contains both Normal and Hybrid MF presets, make sure Tree, Skills, and Items tab are using the same set name)
Offense:
100% Physical to Cold Conversion
+126% of Physical Damage as Extra Cold Damage
+5 additional projectiles (+8 w/ Dying Sun)
+1 Chain
4x Frenzy and 3x Power Charges
Life and Mana Leech (10% instant)
Onslaught (on kill)
Alchemists Genius (on kill)
Defense:
~4.5k Life
~75% Evade Chance
~80% Spell Suppression Chance
55% Physical Damage taken as X resistance.
~36 Less Cold damage taken
~200% Movement Speed
100% Ailment Avoidance
Chill / Freeze
Map Regex:
"!gen|eec|withe|non|s rec|m li"
Flask Effect bonuses (5% from tree, 35% from belt, 30% from warden ascendancy, 10% from Alchemists Genius):
50% increased Flask Effect: Life Flask (+1440 life recovered), Quicksilver Flask (+27% movement speed), Dying Sun (+1 projectile, +10% reduced fire damage taken)
80% increased Flask Effect: Taste of Hate (+12% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Cold Damage, gain +12% of Physical Damage as Extra Cold Damage, +16% reduced cold damage taken)
// Tincture can only apply its Flask Effect bonus to Taste of Hate due to belt restrictions.
Ailment Avoidance:
20% chance to Avoid Elemental Ailments (from Tree)
23% chance to Avoid Elemental Ailments (from Boots)
20% chance to Avoid Elemental Ailments (from Body Armour)
44% chance to Avoid Elemental Ailments (from Ancestral Vision)
54% chance to Avoid Chill and Freeze (from Taste of Hate) (not required, but it's there if you don't meet full avoidance. You can dismiss one or two forms of avoidance and rely on ToH for 100% Chill and Freeze avoidance)
Projectiles and expected DPS:
Only one of the four secondary projectiles from each shot can hit the same target, so the odds of hitting all nine projectiles on the same target is low.
If the target is next to a wall, secondary projectiles have a 30% chance to bounce off of them and hit the target, which significantly improves your dps.
Dps against pinnicle bosses with no on-kill buffs should be roughly 60% less than full dps.
There are Ballista setups for TS builds for single target dps on poeninja if that's what you want.
Timeless Jewel:
Definitely one of the more important sources of damage and utility for the build, it provides Alchemists Genius, Aura Effect, Physical Damage as Extra Cold, Maximum Life, and a ton of Dexterity for Accuracy and Evasion.
There are many seeds that can achieve what you need, so don't fret if you think buying a decent timeless jewel is impossible.
The modifiers mentioned are very important, but be sure to have at least one Alchemist Genius.
Spine Bow:
You'll need a fractured t1 %phys or %phys hybrid Spine Bow, and around 200x Deafening Essence of Contempt. Be sure to perfect fossil or t4 hillock the bow for 30% quality.
Each essence slam will always have t1 %phys and t1 flat phys, the final prefix you want is a t3 or better hybrid %phys. Once you hit it, check to see if there's an open suffix, you'll have to annul and pray otherwise.
Craft "Prefixes cannot be changed" and slam a Veiled Chaos orb. Hopefully you'll only have 4 or 5 modifiers at this point.
Craft a charge modifier onto the bow, then unveil. You want either Critical Strike Chance and Attributes or Attack Speed and Attributes. If you didn't get either mod, you'll have to craft "Prefixes cannot be changed" and slam another Veiled Chaos Orb.
Once you get one of the mods, and you have an open suffix, craft the other modifier you're missing. If you still have an open suffix, slam an exlated orb and hope for an additional arrow mod. Second best is Projectile speed.
// The bow in this PoB, "Honour Bane, Spine Bow", is what I made this league, it took around 50 Divines to make and its valued slightly more. If you don't wanna risk it you can always buy a similar one for 60 Divines.
Lightning Resistance:
I always keep this overcapped by at least 60% due to one of the Eater of Worlds altar modifiers, which reduces both Cold and Lightning resistances by up to 60%.
Cold isn't necessary to overcap because this build uses Taste of Hate.
You can ignore this altar and not have to rely on two lightning resistance modifiers on your gear.

Changes:
Build changed a lot as I was building it in PoE.
Never bothered using Death Rush. Though it would have been great, I needed the resistances and used a Ventor's Gamble.
Multicrafted the Chest Piece so I didn't need to rely on Boots needing two Ailment Avoidance modifiers. Chest Piece could be improved, just not sure how yet.
Simplex Amulet went through some variations, the most important modifiers now are Crit Multi and Phys as Extra Cold. Suffix did have attack speed, I did consider spectral wolves, but I ended up having to take Strength to use Petrifed Blood.
Inspiration over Bonechill, losing mana sucks.
Attack Speed on Quicksilver Flask, huge damage boost. Speed isn't that much of an issue now that I've got Berserk.
Slapped on aura setup on boots for petrified blood so I can utilize the insane attack speed bonus on cluster jewels, and therefore lost the 30% increased movement speed from the Warden ascendancy.
Tree changes, using new jewel that provides culling strike and damage. Because of this, I can now use Shock Tincture to apply Shock with any damage type.
Tincture is also providing Onslaught (better ms on boots now) and rage on hit. Rage generation is so good that you can use Berserk with great uptime versus tanky rare and unique enemies.
What I still need:
Forbidden Flame and Forbidden Flesh. I need to find roughly 12% Mana Reservation Efficiency to remove the small cluster jewel.

Warden of the Maji Ascendancy Passives (in order of allocation):
Vivid Wisps found x4 (small passive)
10% increased Quantity of Vivid Wisps found in the Viridian Wildwood
// Monsters affected by Vivid Wisps have increased Item Quantity.
Coated Blade
Can apply Tinctures to your Equipped Weapons
// You can get annoying-to-fit mods like global Culling Strike. Hoping for more impactful modifiers.
Nature's Concoction
Flasks adjacent to applied Tincture gain 3 charges when you Hit an Enemy with a Weapon, no more than once every second
Flasks adjacent to applied Tincture have 30% increased Effect when used if you've Hit an enemy with a Weapon Recently
// This is applying to Taste of Hate only, providing a huge boost in damage, survivability, and full uptime as long as I'm always hitting something. Can't support an additional Flask due of the restrictions of the Micro-Distillery Belt.
Oath of the Maji
Defences from Equipped Body Armour are doubled if it has no Socketed Gems
+50% to all Elemental Resistances if you have an Equipped Helmet with no Socketed Gems
25% increased Maximum Life if you have Equipped Gloves with no Socketed Gems
30% increased Movement Speed if you have Equipped Boots with no Socketed Gems
// Can be good for Helmets like Crown of the Tyrant, Lightpoacher, Rare Helmets with Abyss Sockets. I think Lightpoacher and Bubonic Trail have the greatest benefit at the moment.
Detect Evil
Your Hits against Marked Enemy cannot be Blocked or Suppressed
Rare and Unique Enemies within 120 metres have Minimap Icons
// Makes it easier to scout for Rare packs without seeing them, works well with projectile travel distance modifiers like Far Shot and Arcing Shot.
Unused Passives:
Enduring Suffusion
Tinctures applied to you have 75% increased Effect per empty Flask Slot
// Seems niche, Flasks are strong so it'll take an insane Tincture to make this work IMO.
Wildwood Blessing
Grants Level 20 Barkskin Skill
// Needs testing, if it doesn't reserve a lot of mana then it might be worth it. It's kinda like Wind Dancer?
Lesson of the Seasons
10% chance to Avoid non-Damaging Ailments on you per Bark below maximum
10% reduced Duration of Damaging Ailments on you per Bark
// Lol.

This map dropped 14 Divine Orbs, 10 Exalted Orbs, 1 Sacred Orb, 27 Winged Scarabs, 1 Reliquary Key, a ton of other exotic currency, Chaos and Awakened Sextants, and one cute little Headhunter.
Hitting 9k wisps is guaranteed to dish out a ton of profit, it's kind of insane how strong it is.
I decided to go Hybrid Magic Find because the league mechanic can reach levels of danger your average build can't handle. As rewarding as it is, it's equally as challenging. I have +31% iiq and +241% iir. I hardly die, maybe once every 8 maps so there's very little walks of shame, things die a lot faster, overall less time loss. My actual biggest source of time loss is whenever I press Alt, it happened twice in this map lol. Just stuck there, waiting for my game to respond for almost two minutes before getting booted to the login screen.
