I wanted to create a build around the axe Starcaller, so I did:

Starcaller shoots 22 stars every time you do a CTIRICAL STRIKE melee attack. I use Flicker Strike for my attacking skill, I have never played a flicker character so this was a perfect moment to do it. You can use any other melee skills like Cyclone to trigger Stallcaller.

Starcaller shoots starts only when you critical strike, so obviously we will use Desiccated Belt with Diamond Shrine, so we always crit. The rest of the build uses a classic Strength stacking passives tree, using Replica Alberon to turn all the Strength into Chaos Damage that will get added to each Flicker attack and each star projectile from Starfall.

Gameplay: use Blood Rage once, and then hold the flicker strike button to jump everywhere on your screen.
