I wanted to come back after a hiatus and see if i could still use the strongest build I ever made.

After looking at an updated build I filled out my tree similar to his. I have 10 skill points to work with. The build is at 86% impale without the impale gem and I was wondering how to get 100% another way. I have some currency to work with to help flesh out this build. I think it was originally played in Scourge .
