No one is playing this, so everything was really cheap.
For the quiver, use new predictable recombs with t1 life and t1 dot multi quivers(should be around a 1 in 3), then exalt slam for other mods and craft on either dex or wed. Buy rare jewels with %inc max life and fire dot multi for the cheaper option, buy them as magic jewels if you plan on upgrading to adorned later.
