Hi, exiles!

This is another variant of HoT autobomber build that can FREEZE and SHATTER!

Pros:

1. With the three dragons, you can freeze and shatter mobs with lightning damage. This includes your inpulsa explosion hit. Easy sanctum runs since you can freezelock guardians.
2. Cheap. 1 rare amulet + all unique gears, which are not expensive.
3. Not a mageblood build but has 4 permanent flasks.
4. A lot of HoT builds cannot sustain ES very well. With Fenumus' spinnerets, you have massive es gain on every spell hit, including your HoT hit, wave of conviction hit, inpulsa explosion hit, and more.
5. Around 187% increased area of effect on HoT = 2/3 screen-wide attack range.

Cons:

1. Hard to run maps with some modifiers (e.g., chance to avoid elemental ailments, mod action speed cannot be modified, etc.)
2. Around 34% increased movement speed without withering step. Not as fast as other HoT builds that use permanent phase run.
