*price for jewel kinda skyrocketed for some reasons*

Made this build for fun so I could play one-handed. Technically, you could do spark and you will clear faster. But why that when I can automate 99% of the things while mapping?

I'm pretty bad at explaining things, so it might be better to just check my ninja. I will do my best to answer any questions.

Basically when map start, when anything enters your view, they get cursed with Repulsion. Skeletal Sniper hit the target, it will trigger Repulsion and spawning Living Lightning minions. Then from now on Living Lightning will keep reprocing Repulsion for you while you travel the map. Repulsion will also trigger Choir's Lightning Bolt so it's an infinite chain loop.

You will only need to use the gas arrow from your skeletal sniper if it managed to bug out and can't aim. Bossing should not be a problem, but if you want more damage, you can use Bone Offering and Mana Tempest after you proc living lightning on the boss.

For the skill tree, I have the Vorana Timeless Jewel. This will be different for everyone, so do not copy that section. Instead, look for things like 40% ES, and any spell/elemental/lightning damage. (You can divine it to change the number, so don't buy a bunch of them, they should be 4 divs each) If you have extra points, I would recommend grabbing the presence aoe from Enveloping Presence (in some cases living lightning travel further than you, larger presence aoe would help applying Repulsion)

For CDR, let's say you have a -1.99s temporalis, I managed to reach 0.03s cooldown per bolt with ~160% increased CDR, Khatal's Rejuvenation plus headhunter buff. Not sure how much you need to reach 0.02s, but it will require very very very expensive investment to a point where I don't think it's worth it.

**Getting more bolts per second is more important than damage in tree in most cases.** You can check that by clicking the arrow on your Lightning Bolt skill, anything over 0.04 is kinda cooked imo. 0.03 is comfortable, and 0.02 might blind you permanently.

You do not need a runic fork, just get any +level wand with lightning/extra dmg. If you managed to grab a 600es focus, you could instead run triple/quad timelost jewel with "increased ES from equipped focus". I've seen people getting 12k ES with that, so it's possible to sacrifice some damage for comfort. Personally, I don't see the need for it since you everything around you dies.

Open to any suggestion, right now the build can't utilize the fast blinking cooldown well (unless you slot in spark), as living lightning despawns instead of teleporting when you are too far.
