Divine Blast is a decent new skill that u might to check out. I managed to get around 16-18M dps with 5.3k life & 90 all ele max res. Enjoy~

In the pob custom mod, i added 300 accuracy rating to the build as pob miscalculated the new shinning justice node (bug reported).
And I 3x the divine blast in skill section to show the dps more directly.
dps of divine blast = The beam explosion + second explosion(100% more) = 3x the beam dps
