7% max res from ruby flask with 40% increased effect, 3% from packed with energy, 3% from maxres wheel, 1% from that one life node, and 1% from boots implicit = 90% maxres

This allows you to drop RoTF, purity of fire, and maxres nodes on tree, and dual wield scepters, which gives you like 50% more damage (2m to 3m for me). You also get 90% uptime on a granite flask in hideout, and 40% flask effect on the quicksilver for mapping.

HOWEVER building this way has some major cons:

1. no life flask (can substitute infernal cry for enduring cry if you want)
2. no phasing due to no quartz flask (but you can get it on an abyssal jewel)
3. no bleed/cb immune due to no life flask (but you can get cb immune on resistance mastery, bleed immune errrr idk. any ideas?)
4. scuffed bossing due to no life flask

Overall I would not recommend this build because of the scuffage, but if you really want to get some more damage and just play this as a mapper, I say go for it!
