Forgot to mention the armour, I'm using fallen formation to have permanent banner, and the node bannerman on the skill tree to get an additional 4s on my banner duration when I leave the area. Alot of monsters in maps actually do not deal enough damage to even break through the 66ES that we have, making the small ES regen that much more valuable.
