Replica Trypanon, as we all know, does all crit, but has a hefty -5000 base accuracy downside. that is countered by Vigilant Strike. To have enough Endurance Charge generation we play Juggernaut and Endurance Charge on Melee Stun.
Damage comes from Bloodthirst + Impale Support, Marylene's Fallacy and - depending on budget - some crit multiplier jewels.
On paper, 6k+ life (3k unreserved) and 2M DPS should be possible, with buffs up to 3M...
