Labranche's Notes
This is mainly for budget setups to abuse Immortal Ambition for recovery through shield vestigial implicit, leper's alms isn't bad for both stats and some dmg but can be other shields depending on needs. Assassin get 15% instant leech & 50% mark effect + 5% from the mastery.
After you have currency ES/Lgoh on watcher's + Born in Shadows is infinitely better.
