By no means is this build perfect, I’ve just thrown together a lot based on prior builds but I’ve seen a lot of negative opinions on this skill, I’ve found it really really strong on a budget. It just has to be built right. It’s the opposite of static strike where you’re doing one big hit and running.

You need attack speed. And it scales perfect with your basic Ice Bite Slayer build with Farruls ascendancy thrown in. I’d say it’s stronger than smite and almost as good as pre nerf LS.

Very fast very tank. Cleared my whole atlas with darkray vectors, prismweave, and a carnage heart plus rares for 10-50C.

I’m not the fastest player but I’m using this to do resonant cascade breaches and everything else already within 4 days of league launch and it’s all from scratch no big drops. If you’re starting late or not sure what to do it’s a good options.
