Note: I forgot to add the movement skill which can be frost blink of wintry blast or lightning warp so you remain stationary while using the skill. Also no curses are equip you can add a conductivity as well and you could add whispers of doom and add another curse. With two curses equip the damage is already up to 15m with agneord.

Hey guys here is my league starter for lightning tendrils elementalist, I tried to keep this non padded as possible but generally speaking getting 5m dps on a lightning tendril character is easy on day 1. For ascendancy points you can take what you like really, I do recommend golems, almost all the nodes are really good outside of the herald node. You could drop chill for shock asc for even more damage or opt for even more tankiness.
