This turned out to be an insanely fun skill and one of like 3 strongest builds i ever played and perhaps strongest build i ever played on this budget, definitely dumps on all the Lightning strikes and Tornado shots i've tried

I did not mina max or tailor this build around simus or 100% deli, i just took my setup into it and it performed above all expectations, same with maven

If you notice some different gem setups i tinkered with different stuff like cast on crit tornado and different whirling blades links until settling on the final setup, i also decided that Inspiration was better over more damage because it allowed me to run no leech and no regen maps without even noticing it

For anyone wondering if it's budget viable, absolutely, i started it from scratch myself you'll need some intial investment into secrets of suffering and some cluster jewels and basic set of omniscience gear before it feels really good but i swapped to it with around 30 ex worth of gear and used Inspired learning until i farmed Headhunter and it was already great at that point, if it wasn't i would never have pushed for it

half of the budget is in the Claw and it's only like 5 million total dps difference from a claw i resold for 7 ex, however it was only purchase worth making and i figured that a good claw like the one i bought would not depreciate by much so i thought of it as a good investment

This build will be kept intact and will be given away like all my builds because i feel satisified with the way it is and think that further investment would result in very little "real time performance", but i need it to farm a bit more currency since i'll need to buy another Headhunter for my next build, it will probably take me a week or so depending on real life and my wife's mood :D
