HumbleElite's Notes

Why is this build one of the best i ever played 130ex worth of gear + Headhunter for 15+ million actual dps as demonstrable in my videos with S tier clear only topped by 2 or 3 other builds in the game(on a 2x or 3x larger budget) All that with 25k evasion 20k armor, VMS + molten shell, 40%+ damage avoidance from elusive and 180%+ movespeed without headhunter buffs With a bit of tweaking or use of reflect sextant it can do LITERALLY ALL map mods includign no regen and no leech, for reflect you need to spec 1 pantheon + change 1 passive tree mastery, or put brutality on your whirling blades or just use the reflect sextant, basically you have 3 solutions to deal with reflect, pick 1, your venom gyre cannot reflect with lvl 5 Awakened ele dmg but your whirling blades with enough Headhunter buffs CAN kill you Build literally ticks all the boxes: clear, speed, damage, tankines, all map mod viable on a budget that i would call for a a crit attack based build, a moderate budget, i have played many 300+ ex build in the past that i thought were good and they didn't have half of this builds performance Venom Gyre is curretnly one of best Headhunter skills in the game, but it doesn't NEED HH to feel good, my build utilizes "Fan of Blades" notable on 2 Large clusters and 1 Megalomaniac and Deadeye ascendancy to get 6 Projectiles and then additional 2 from Dying sun while mapping, you can use Inspired learning in shadow socket to get a "close to Headhunter" mapping experience because base build is already fast enough to utilize Inspired learning well, you can even use another in ranger socket instead of Lethal Pride if all you care about is mapping I use Anomalous Venom Gyre for better single target because i notice 0 difference in map clear between it and Divergent, with Awakened fork and Chain from Deadeye the odds of getting that other chain is miniscule, and combined with high attack speed and all the projectiles you shoot fairly irrelevant compared to much lower "less" multiplier of Anomalous version, non Deadeye ascendancies cannot afford this change If you do not use Awakened fork and have regular version i recommend Diveregent Venom gyre also but Awakened fork should be a high priority in your purchases because it mutliplies your single target way more than any other gem while mapping and you can find yourself oneshotting Legion Rares, 5+ Essence monsters even Legion Bosses and Map bosses ocassionally after just 1-2 attacks because Awakened fork quadruples your projectiles and makes you able to full whirling blades after only attacking a couple of times This build can totally be played on a budget and this is where i believe it's main strength is compared to strength stacking version, there+s no must haves and i already described how to subistute for a lack of Headhunter, i have created this build from scratch and had intial budget of roughly 20 ex invested when i switched to Venom gyre from leveling and farming for it with Spectral Helix up until only a few days ago i used a claw i resold for only 7 ex and i farmed 20+ simulacrums with that claw without dying once and leveling from 98-99, i also crafted half my gear(gloves, helm and boots) for much less than market value of similar items by using Essences and Eldritch currency, outside of Claw which i bought for 65 ex, my amethyst ring which was 25 ex and obviously Headhunter, every other item i have was purchased or crafted for less than 5 exalts(yes the boots too, do not buy overpiced 10+ex ailemnt avoidance from market it's cheaper to greater ichor spam and conflict yourself unless you're unluckiest person alive) For min maxers out there there's still room for upgrades both damage wise and tankiness but considering i leveled solo to 100 in 8 MOD CORRUPTED maps with 30% increased moddifier effect from my atlas and simulacrums i felt both completely unnecessary Obvious tankiness would be Forbidden jewels for Wind Ward, obvious more damage would be swapping Inspiration for a better gem but then you lose possibility to do no leech maps for maybe 10% more damage The build is very tanky but it's not unkillable, it is tanky vs both spells and attacks of any damage type and completely ailment immune however secondary damage sources can still kill you like detonate dead on many rare monsters, overlapping many volatile dead effects which sometimes aren't visible in juiced maps it's possible to create 10 of these in quick succession like doing Ritual altars or from Harbingers So pro tip is if you pay attention to DD boxes and don't stay in one place for long you won't die
