How to level (if not using leveling uniques):
-Get freezing pulse as your first gem in town
-Get lesser multiple projectile support, put it with freezing pulse
-At Merveil's cave quest go back to town and get creeping frost, replace freezing pulse, still use lesser multiple proj
-Use creeping frost until level 28 (or when you do the Gravicious quest in act 3) -> get winter orb
-Use winter orb all the way
