2.3m RF dot atm. ~360k EHP. ~4k life regen in hideout. Capped attack/spell block without glancing blows. Could probs reach 15k hp without an adorned
Changes made:
- Dropped efficacy support for swift affliction on RF
- Crafted a decent cog ring and +2 skill ammy
- Got 30% increased mana reservation on a shield to slot in flesh and stone
- Dropped hearty for more % increased life nodes. Still got over 4k life regen. The increased life scales life regen anyways but gives you more damage
- Changed melding annoint to blood drinker for the "recover 2% life on kill" mainly. Insane sustain in maps and you can do 60% less regen maps
Notes:
- Stack fire res for life regen and elemental damage off of nebulis. Purity of elements (all res) doesn’t work with nebulis
- Get max fire res to 90%. Plenty of ways to do this; on jewels, searing exarch eldritch implicit on boots, shield explicit, sealed life/mana mastery and purity of fire are some. If you chuck a lvl 21 20% quality PoF in a red socket (adds 10% quality) it’ll give 5% max fire res instead of 4. 6% with the 10% aura effect reservation mastery off of sovereignty
- Nebulis does more damage than a rare sceptre with +2 RF, fire dot + dot multi and crafted fire damage
