Build is feeling pretty good at this point and is very cheap to get started. This is part 1 of a probably two part series. At this point I have reached tier 10 maps and cleared arbiter of ash. The next video will have the main questline completed and any other big pinnacle fights finished.

Elemental as in you can slot in almost any elemental spell with this setup.

Cooldown because we have a lot of cooldown abilities and the ability to reset them.

Usually I would have a guide for campaign and stuff but it was such a slog on my current character that I decided to just make the video for when the build is feeling good.
