The budget is under 50div Defense 89% Evasion 44% block chance with projectile and Temporal chain aura. Wind dancer to pump more evasion. Also running blind support on lightning spear. 100k evasion achieved by unique armor, which x2 my evasion. As well as int stacking with orloth timeless jewel, which turn keystone to 1% evasion per 2 int.

Offense: Int stacking with HoWA. Skills: Lightning spear & Storm lance for clear. Primal strike for bossing.
