Not a budget friendly build, minimum starting mageblood and nimis ring are mandatory. Full complete gear minimum 400 divines and above. Personally think not a league start build. There is a bug that the perandus pact unique jewel doesn't add up the maximum % energy shield in pob, please self add up in custom modifier 63% increased maximum Energy Shield (in my case)
