Damage: About 6M-9M ignite dps (30-40M total ignite damage) assuming Golems and Flasks are up and the sequence of Warcry to WoC to Ice Crash Hit. I believe you can cheese significantly more damage using Xoph's Heart but not sure if worth the trade off.

Defenses: Fortify, Endurance Charges through Cluster Jewel, 90% phys reduction with Golems and Flasks up, approx 1k life regen, Aegis Shield and 76% Fire Res (try to convert Phys to Fire Damage)
