540 hits per second Kinetic Fusillade. Imo this is the pinnacle of KF builds. Even better than the stacker variants. The final variant stacks 99% reduced duration which is only possible in the current league with the new volatile vaal orbs. (assuming two ring slots). We also use screams of the desiccated belt and an extra ring slot / coiling whisper to squeeze in a ton of offense and defense through soul eater and shrines.

Hopefully Kinetic Fusillade isn't hit with the classic GGG triple tap next league.
