Hello, I'm back again with another tank build, and this time it's the best build I've ever played in this game.

Mitigation Stacker Juggernaut.

Warning

1. This is a Minon Pact build.

2. Most of gear in my build is quite hard to get, not because it's expensive or super rare, but because no one crafts/corrupts them. So if you want to try it, you'll have to craft or corrupt them yourself.

So the idea is simple, we try to get 18 endurance charges in order to get both PDR and Elemental DR capped. Each E charge grants 4% DR to both, and Juggernaut's Unrelenting makes it 5% instead, so with 18 charges, we'll have 90% DR.

And because they act the same way as resistances, the more you get it, the tankier you'll become, you can think of 1 E charge as 5% max res, so going from 17 to 18 is like jumping from 85 max res to 90 max res.

And since you can use both, if you can get 90% max res with 18 Endurance charges, you'll have 100 times of your life as your maximum elemental hit taken, but I can't do it yet (only 80-85)

As far as I know, 18 E charges only available in this league, because of the new belt, Shrine of Desiccated with Resonating Shrine buff, which add 1 maximum endurance charge. Last league you can "kinda" did it with Arn's Anguish, but all of your E charges will get turned into Brutal Charges, so it's unsuable.

Now, that's enough tankiness for the game, but I want more, I want to stack even more mitigation!

Here comes the glove, the Kek Mammoth. This glove is really hard to use, like really really hard, its stats suck, and it halve your rage, and also drain your rage per second. But I really want that juicy up to 30% less damage taken from it. That's equal to getting fortify with max roll Celestial Brace that's also works with DoT.

So I try to find a way to use it, and yes, it's usable with Volatile Vaal orb.

VVO can make the gloves reach 6% per 5 rage instead of 5, which means you require only 25 rage (or max 50 rage before reduction), and Runegraft of the Bound can make it 7% per 5 rage instead, so at 20 rage, you'll get 28% less damage taken.

To keep your rage at 20, you'll need to have the rage degen in the glove to be as low as possible, shouldn't be more than 1.1-1.2. which is extremely hard to get, because you have to VVO and get the 6% too.

Now, after you get it, next thing you have to do is generate rage. There are many ways, but I think for this build, using warcry would be the best. So I take the rage and warcry cluster to make me generate 2 rage per second, while I lose 1 rage per second.

However, because it's not rage regen, it doesn't slowly increase rage every server tick, only when you warcry you'll instantly get 2, but the rage degen doesn't work the same way, so what happen is, there'll be a downtime that your rage wil drop to 19, before getting back to 20, and we don't want that.

To fix this, we simply need to have 21 max rage. Luckily, Very Large Thread of Hope near Duelist area which can reach damage+AoE per Endurance charges and also reach +2 maximum rage small node, so we'll have 21 max rage!

We then scale damage by getting Elegant Hubris with 2 80% Minion Life and 2 10% damage per Endurance Charge. And we have a ton of "damage per Endurance Charge" in this build, 20% from Elegant Hubris, 13% from amulet, 8% from Disciple of the Unyielding, 8% from Unyielding, which translates to 49% damage per Endurance Charge = 882% increased damage.

And because it's just plain "increased damage" it works with anything, including poison. Since I already use Overwhelming Malice, I added BV that imbued with Chance to Poison to get extra damage, this also allows me to use Vile Toxins.

Other than that it's just Minion Pact stuff, getting as much minion life as possible while keep you tanky, something like that.
