POE Ninja:
POB:
Caution: Before I start I want to mention that this is a high-end Acceleration Cyclone build pushing to limit so it’s definitely not budget-friendly. it costs multiple mirrors.
Introduction:
I’ve been working on this build for a while. There were no similar builds on YouTube or PoE Ninja (from past leagues) for a 96/93 block with mirror Rune Sword setup. So I spent most of my time reading Reddit threads, asking questions, and studying POB rather than actually playing the game.
I’m happy to say that I finally got it to work! By that I mean it’s viable for all content even 100% Delirium maps and Titanic Blight and all the other juiced content.

As you can see from my MTX Abyss Wings, I’ve been playing since Abyss League. This is the first time I’ve ever dropped a mirror! Thanks to efrything!
And of course, I didn’t drop the mirror with just 39 Divines. I usually rotate my Exile rings for different map strategies. The mirror drop came after a 39 Divine drop during the Blight strat.

Fubgun's 100% Delirium Breach is also VERY doable but it was too laggy to showcase so I've decided to skip it
Map Mods to Avoid
- Cannot Leech
- Reduced Block Chance
Map Mods doable but unpleasants:
- Reduced Critical Damage
- Reduced Aura Effect
Build Overview
Pros:
- Very fast
- Tons of DMG with huge AoE
- 96/93 block chance (if you’ve played 90/90 Svalinn you know how strong this is)
- All Eldritch Altar mods are doable without even reading downsides
- Explosions - 25% total from large cluster jewels (10% unspeakable gift + 15% Devastator)
- Only two map mods must be avoided ( Cannot leech, reduce block chance)
Cons:
-Expensive
- Hard to find gears (I had to craft bunch of my own gear)
Important Notes
1. Elegant Hubris (40580) – THE GOD
This jewel is the core of the build.
I bought it for about 20 Divines before when not many people were using it. No idea what it costs now.
It provides:
- 1x 10% increased damage per Frenzy Charge
- 2x additional 10% increased damage per Frenzy Charge
- 1x 80% increased Critical Strike Chance
- 2x12% chance to block Spell Damage (this is huge)
This allowed me to reach 93% spell block. Without this jewel, it would’ve been extremely difficult.
2. Vaal Pact
I hated swapping gems to “Life Gain on Hit” whenever I get reduced recovery rate (which shows up VERY OFTEN). So I decided to take Vaal Pact.
With Vaal Pact all leech is instant and I become effectively immune to reduced recovery rate
The downside is that I can’t recover life except through leech. However, The Writhing Jar solves this. It doesn’t heal directly (life life flask) it spawns worms which I hit and leech from. So it perfectly bypasses Vaal Pact’s downside.
With just one small node (Blood Drinker – 0.5% attack damage leeched as life) I’m instantly leeching 22,018 life per hit.
Because of Vaal Pact, I don’t take Brutal Fervour (Ascendant) and Feed the Fury (cluster node) because i'm not leeching anymore.
3. Pantheon
Soul of Solaris:
I read about this interaction on Reddit. There’s a mechanic where if a critical hit is blocked, it still counts as being “received.” That means after blocking one crit, you no longer take extra damage from critical strikes.
I haven’t personally tested it, but I definitely feel like I die less to crits.
Soul of Yugul:
It's a must for elemental reflect immunity and curse immunity.
Utilities
Physical and Elemental Reflect Immunity: 100% elemental reflect immunity via Yugul + Watcher’s Eye. and Physical reflect immunity from Slayer Ascendant
I considered getting reflect immunity from Elemental Mastery but spending 5 passive points wasn’t worth it.
Other Immunities
Corrupted Blood: Jewel
Curse Immunity: Jewels + Solaris
Bleed Immunity: Steelskin
Stun Immunity: Tattoos
Elemental Ailment Immunity: Purity of Elements
Other Tips
- Cyclone must cost 0 life and 0 mana. It’s not just an attack it’s also your movement skill.
- There are two versions of the mirror Rune Sword:
- No mana cost for movement gem
- Attack speed + attack speed gems
Initially, I used the no mana version to save 5 passive points but it’s a huge DPS loss.
DPS difference was like from 500M to 350–380M.
The 5 saved nodes do NOT make up for missing150M DPS.
Initial Version of the Build:
This version was okay overall. It was easy to follow, and both DPS and tankiness was decent. I was using Brutal Fervour along with a lots of feed the fury. But after switching to Vaal Pact, I was no longer technically “leeching” so I went for Impact for extra accuracy and AoE. I also switched to 12-jewel setup and removed feed for fury. It was easier to work with 12 jewel because of the elemental resistances and DPS was still pretty good.
Another major factor was that CoWB became popular, and I wanted to farm Iron flask through expedition. But i just couldnt deal with Cold immunes. So I've decided to take Wrath or Anger, depending on the immunities. Now I have a better build that can handle "reduce life regen" and cold immunes. I can comfortably run expedition regardless of whether the enemies are chaos, phyiscal ,fire ,lightning or,cold immune.
Final Version Improvements Needed
- More life / +1 maximum Frenzy Charge implicit on gloves
- Triple positive amulet
