Not the easiest item to use but it has so much flavour and can definitely be made into a world beater. ONCE AGAIN shame about having to wait for lvl 72 at minimum but... yea it kinda pays off.
2 things I forgot to mention: I map with cooldown recovery 2 in the shield links and swap for close combat for single target. And the MTX for my char is last league mystery box - silver marionette.
