Day 3 PCONC Scavenger Update (Legacy of Phrecia)

Scion leveling can be a pain Make sure at lvl 4 you get a stone axe ASAP also ALWAYS play with momentum and make sure you are actually procing it (2 attacks without moving) When you kill Dwellers of the deep use the essence on your stone axe MAKE SURE THAT YOU BUY SHEILD CHARGE (LVL 4ish) AS SOON AS YOU CAN IF YOU DONT YOU WONT HAVE THE STR FOR IT WHEN YOU SWAP You will need a transmute for pconc so make sure you are selling enough items unidentified After pconc swap just make sure to use 3 life flasks and upgrade them every time you can (this is where almost all of your dmg comes from) You will see a fire mastery in the PoB, For this to work you will need the flat fire craft on a ring or amulet (this comes from the eternal laboratory after dialla in act 3) You will need 4 transmutes for the fire craft so again make sure to sell a majority of your items unidentified After this point leveling should be pretty smooth just make sure to pick up despair at somepoint (act 6) and keep upgrading your flasks AS FOR YOUR LABS First lab should just be more passives most likely Second lab is either foxshade (20% ms on full life/evasion) or Blunderbore (shrines) the issue with blunderbore is the knockback might be annoying Third lab explode Uber Lab +2 proj If you want to be for getting anathema and temp chains on hit on tanu ahi you could play temp chains as an aura if casting acranist brand is annoying you'd drop HoA probably Early on you wont need as much strength but as you get to endgame bases you will need more strength on gear (use a lower level steelskin until you go for endgame bases) Drop Herald of Agony until you can craft the helmet (Loathing Essence)
