Scion+Sin/Inquisitor with Jewels will outscale this late while adding beefiness via Life, at great cost.
*Budget: Rares from 30-60c, would you believe it. The uniques sadly are now super meta. Watcher's Eye in build cost the most - 5ex at time of purchase - now surged to ~8. Get an ES on hit one (3ex?) if you can't afford that, and try to find LGOH spells on Rings. The tankiness is worth it.
