In this Video, Cyclon shares his newest Build a Toxic Rain Pathfinder with 450% Movement Speed at a Budget of 45 Divines(Cost might vary if replicated now, some Items were crafted or sniped) While not needed for most Speedmapping Content, the build can be scaled even higher, reaching up to ~700% Movement Speed at higher Budget Levels. This build is intended to be used in speedmapping, such as Beasts, Alva, or Heist Farming, and not for Risk Mapping. The Goal is to run the Maps in under 1 Minute.
Fastest* is taken as in this Build can reach 700% + Movement Speed, while retaining the Ability to kill Enemies in non-Risk content and enough Survivability to survive said content. If solely going for Movement Speed, some builds can reach higher Movement Speed Numbers. However, those sacrifices Damage and/or reduce Survivability. Some Builds reach higher map clear speed by scaling cast speed or attack speed and are considered fastest in parallel to this build.
