Hey everyone! In today's video I wanted to showcase how powerful Kinetic Fusillade can actually become when you push Skill Effect Duration Reduction to 100% which turns KF from a duration skill into an instant skill. This opens up endless possibilities but the most obvious ones are just putting on a Headhunter or the new Screams of the Dessicated belt that gives the Echoing Shrine buff.

You can also technically scale your attack speed/rate to crazy heights because of KF's 200% base attack speed multiplier. I think the highest I got was around 2000% attack speed (0.01 attacks per second) when I used Soul Eater, Echoing Shrine and The Gull helmet. But that kinda completely breaks the game to the point where it becomes unplayable. Even on single target bosses like Uber Maven the game would just lag, freeze up and crash. So I toned it down a bunch until it became playable while keeping as much fun per second as possible.
