[POE 3.24] Almost 700K EHP Lazy Jugg "small" update. 61m dps on max trigger rate I am a pob warrior

TLDR: Passive changed a bit, add petrified blood, sacrifice a bit of dmg from Perandus pact fire dmg = flat life, change steel skin to immortal call (7 endurance charges consume all the time) Without Immortal call, it's still 347k EHP Without Progenesis also, it's still 260k EHP If you switch out Perandus pact fire dmg to flat life instead, you will have even more life and be tankier, but it's not necessary and I prefer more dmg at the end setup

Original sins and Progenesis make the build much stronger, but not required to do some t17, or AFK simulacrum till wave 30.
