Berserk has been huge in the meta for months, and I was inspired by another Reddit user’s comment to try to make it last as long as possible.
You can automate rage gain by using self curse with Spellslinger.
Spellslinger applies temp chains followed by punishment. Since your curse limit is 1, the self curse temp chains gets overridden by punishment. You lose temp chains and gain max rage. At max rage, you become immune to curses so you lose punishment curse as well.
Finally snipers mark gets applied to the enemy, overriding punishment (this step is optional).
Such a build would require me to use a wand attack, and would also have severe mana reservation limitations due to Spellslinger reservation. So I decided to craft a build using ele hit (doesn’t require damage auras) and using purity of fire / sublime vision for defenses.

Interested in hearing others’ ideas on perma berserking. Another option as I mentioned in the video is using any Trauma skill for self hit, then vengeance + hextouch in the gloves.
