Some notable things about the build:

• Requires a weapon swap for single target (map bosses and above)
• 11 second Mirage Archer
• 534 life regen per second
• Anomalous Withering Step + Lvl 4 Enhance gives 10 withering stacks (60% chaos damage taken)
• Mirage Archer will proc Herald of Ash, and generate charges given it's a DoT that kills the enemy
• Important to scale Toxic Rain AoE radius to at least 30 in PoB
• Can use a large cluster jewel with Broadside (+25 aoe with bow skills) to get started
• If you don't have explode implicit bow, drop Herald of Ash and Sin's Rebirth
