Suppressing Fire Spectres - Legion (3.7)

Trying out spectres, which debuff on hit to slow down cast speed and ranged attack speed. Of course combining temporal chains, chill slow and then hinder and maim for all sorts of slow. Mapping was fine but it struggled a lot because of minion AI. Using Chrome-Infused Chimeral spectres.

Ascendancy: Necromancer Bandits: 2 passive points

Auras and buffs: Hatred and precision with generosity. Blasphemy temp. chains. Flesh offering. Frost B. Vaal Cold Snap or just normal Cold Snap for chills (can also use curse on hit + Proj. weakness).

Items: Vis Mortis. Solstice Vigil. Unending Hunger. Glorious Vanity - Corrupted Soul (not required).
