Rank 1 Raider Cold Snap/Vortex Build Guide - [Path of Exile 3.15]

This is the full build guide for my cold snap vortex raider that I played to achieve the rank 1 level 100 raider in the Expedition league. If you have any questions about this build I will be happy to answer them!

Some things I forgot to mention: 5 link carcass jack is better than a tabula in my opinion. A +2 aoe or duration gems tabula would be very strong. % Chance to avoid ailments map mods do not affect chilled ground Cold penetration does not affect cold damage over time in any way.

POB Note: The damage is not only what is shown for vortex. You have to add the vortex and cold snap damage separately, as well as the vaal cold snap damage for burst damage. The damage numbers shown below are cold snap and vortex only vs Sirus.
