Overview

PoE 3.28 (Mirage) - Top minion League Starters and then some is a Path of Exile Guardian build by Saphery, made for the Keepers of the Flame league (3.27). It is centered on Raise Spectre and plays as a intelligence, spell, minion, duration archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 9.77M DPS with 403.5K effective HP, 5K life, 2.16K energy shield. Suited for: Breach, Ritual. Key uniques include Rumi's Concoction, Foulborn United in Dream, Replica Dragonfang's Flight, Aegis Aurora, Foulborn Vis Mortis.

Saphery's Notes

Has to be leveled as Absolution (campaign skill/passive tree example) until you can use Dominating Blow. Dominating Blow is a melee attack so it requires a melee weapon to use. If you're leveling the build you should start picking up melee weapons before switching to find a rare weapon with additional accuracy, decent attack speed and range if possible (accuraccy>attack speed>damage>>>range). You can use Flesh and Stone once you allocate Unwavering Faith. You can switch from the physical (levelling setup) to the chaos setup as soon as you get Foulborn Vis Mortis. Pride becomes obsolete once that happens so you should replace it with Haste until you get Envy from the weapon. In case FB UiD is expensive next league you can always use one of the other breach swords instead with the ranking being (from more to less powerful): FB UiD with quality > regular UiD > FB SiS with crit chance and last but not least regular Severed in Sleep. For the spectres you can use the Stygian Silverback from The Riverways in Act 2 and the Host Chieftain from The Southern Forest in Act 6 for leveling. You can later add a Perfect Warlord and replace the Host Chieftain with the Perfect Forest Warrior (can be found in Rituals or bought from trade). Imbued Gem Supports: For Dominating Blow you can use any of the gems listed in the setup in addition to Vile Toxins, Void Manipulation, Melee Physical Damage, Increased Area of Effect and Chance to poison support (reduces dependancy on GEJ with chance to poison). For the Spectres or AG Feeding Frenzy would be great because it allows you to replace thesocketed support with Congegration support (new exceptional gem) for +1 spectre at the cost of losing the aggressive AI on of the utility minions (AG staying aggressive is preferable).
