This build is utilizing Spectral Tacticians from Act 8 Promenade zone. These spectres have a single fire spell nova that has a cooldown but will otherwise just summon a version of the Summon Raging Spirit Skill. This skill has the original cap of SRS of 50, along with a less damage penalty and are considered Alternate Minions. This means that they only benefit from minion tagged modifiers on support gems and buffs from player/animate guardian auras, additionally minion related stats on shields also apply to the SRS but only if the player is using Necromantic Aegis.

This build uses a combination of Auras, Banners, and item granted Aura effects to apply as many %increased damage buffs to these SRS since they are in effect just Allies to my character. We then capitalize on this by providing a hefty base amount of added lightning damage via Smite/Vaal Smite and Wrath in March of the Legion boots, as well as de-buffing enemies significantly via -170% lighting resistance with Doryani's Prototype.

Since we cannot clear effectively with these SRS since melee splash cannot affect them, our AG uses an atypical setup with Inpulsa's Broken Heart and Gravebind for lighting explosions to effectively clear packs of monsters. The AG also use Sign of the Sin Eater to provide the character and Spectres elemental ailment immunity with zero investment in our tree. Here is the complete current list of his gear:
