Most Recent Change: After in-game testing ES recharge still stops when damage goes through it, I have updated the mid and High budget to account for this by using Ghastly eye jewel mods and Eldritch Battery

Added a "Defensive Setup" Loadout to the high budget with a higher physical max hit for less damage as an alternative route. Also switched Soul ripper to life flask(For Quality of Life)
