I don't think POB calculates poison damage accurately. Because if true, it would mean I have DOT cap on Ubers (doesn't feel that way) and I'm already setting very conservative configs (5 wither stacks for example).

It's ok to set cruelty to 40, you can proc that off the worms (I think).
