*FINAL* BUILD UPDATE "THE BARON" NECROMANCER 3.8 BLIGHT LEAGUE 46

Today in Path of Exile I made the strongest build I have ever made :D. I give an up to date build guide on where I took necromancer in 3.8 Blight League to push delve 600 solo. This is complete overkill for 99% of the game but it was designed for deep delving and that's what it did :D

Spectres: 2x Host Chieftan (Generates Power Charges) 2x Carnage Chieftan (Generates Frenzy Charges)

Leveling: I used vaal skele with minion damage, feeding frenzy, melee splash to level up. It feels like the raging spirit or totem playstyle and can carry you through the story content like vaal ancestral warchief
