POE Tanky 2 DIV Starter Build Ready for 3.28 - Gladiator Lacerate Leap Slam

Very tanky and fast low budget starter build: Gladiator Lacerate Bleed, 4M DPS, 5k life, 17k Armour, 88/88 block (with lucky), up to 2k life regen in battle, 1k life leech, high hit pool, immune to stuns and freeze, 60% reduced effect of shock. Easy levelling and mapping, high potential, up to 36M bleed dps cap. Reliable starter, I checked this by myself in 3.25 and nothing changed since that time for this build.

Budget: 2 div, most items can be picked from the ground or easy rolled with chaos orbs or essences (for SSF), or buy for 5-10c, then add eldritch implicits when possible.
