The only thing I added was the Withered stacks. If you are confused about the reason why I put 13 there, read Withering Step. You can reduce the amount of withered stacks to 5 (which would make no sense since Withering Step applies all at once) and the build would still be DoT capped. Why I am selling this build. If you try to create this yourself, you will either get the same price or not be able to find some items on trade. About the simple daggers. Again, the build is DoT capped. Getting better daggers would make mapping smother, but I never felt like I needed them. About 3p Voices, Enhance 4, Ashes 30% and Tides (3 life, 3 ult). These are the next upgrades to this build.
