Notable map mods: 0 player curse effect, no es regen/recharge
I kite the meatsacks so that I can fight 2-3 of them at a time in order to maximize DPS
Use smite to get lightning damage aura buff + chance to shock
whirling blades is the best mobility skill in T17 IMO because there are too many grasping vines and other skills which slow your MS

This is my close to min-maxed version of a T17 map farmer. This build can run all T17 mods except "players have less defences" "monsters cannot be leeched from" and "reduced action speed for each skill used recently"* (maybe be a bug). While other builds have higher DPS this build excels in exceptional tankiness which allows you to not rely on 6-portal defence. I have optimized the build based on allowing me to run as many map mods as possible to minimize rerolling T17 maps.

FAQ:
Why not spellbreaker? It's not needed in T17 maps, and es recharge/regen gets disabled all the time due to map mods. Having consistent action speed is much more valuable in T17 maps due to so many sources of reduced action speed.
Why adorned? High attack speed makes the build feel good to play and lets me farm maps faster.
Why no voices of the storm? I chose to rely less on curses and more on damage penetration which is much more consistent in T17 maps. You will often run into the map mod which gives close to 200% monster resistance, rendering your curses useless.
Why focussed? Main reason is auto casting curses in helmet and double damage mod on shield which allows for higher shocks.
Why manual cast sniper's mark? Mark on hit often switches between different targets which allows the monsters to regen even though I have the marked monsters cannot regen mastery.
