Build to prove that herald of ice is possible still. Yea the skill gem scales terribly but it is incredibly fun. Something just hits difference when you explode an entire legion with herald of ice and the MTX looks super cool at such big AOE's. Turns out meme builds can be pretty cool. Worms arent entirely dead.

Was testing with the exploding flask but it doesn't make much of a difference.

Maybe doing this with omni is better but i aint making that now!
