In this video, I walk you through my wrapup build guide for 3.27 - the CI Kinetic Rain Ascendant. Detailed progression guides included in the pob which guide you from early game (when you are life based) until you transition to CI. There are two versions for the endgame CI build --- strength stacker (budget and recommended) and intelligence stacker (premium but expensive). This build centers around Kinetic Rain, a new gem tha is being added by GGG in 3.27, The Keepers of the Flame. This build features effortlessly high clearspeed and large ES pools. This build is chaos inoculation in the late game version but early on it is life based. Super late game you get the option between going str based and int based. The int based version is more expensive, harder to craft, and does a little bit more damage. So, I recommend you go for the strength based version since you get close to the same levels of power for much cheaper.
