Wyvern Flame Breath [Deletes] Bosses (Even with low budget)

I've had lots of fun with this build. Oracle ascendancy going rage stacking can do just about any attack, I think, and it's very flexible. The weakest point of the build is defenses, but I was too lazy, and with just slightly better gear, I think I would get to roughly 8 - 10k ES. But you can definitely feel the ES recovery nerfs. So I would recommend getting some faster recharge and inc. recharge rate on your gear.
