About Oskarm gloves mark issue:

You generate frenzy (inc accu per frenzy for huge dps boost) from hiting marked enemies but

the assassin's mark from Oskarm never refresh like mark on hit gem and it will get stuck on a previously hit enemy, you can fix that by removing and adding the gloves back to their slot.
