I wanted to make a version of this at the start of the league but failed miserably. This time, I managed to get a working build going with okay clear/tankiness.
Basically my idea was to have a skill that can be used with one button pressed only once and I can run around while it's doing damage.
As you can see in the video, I hit the rage vortex once and then move to pick up items or proc league content or just run around in circles to enjoy all the eye of winters shooting.
If you have any ideas to improve the build let me know. If not, give it a shot if you are bored. Rage Vortex as a CoC proc is pretty fun.
