Tanky Occultist Icicle Mine Build - chaos innoculation, 10K ES, 50k Armour, 144k hit pool, 41k max phys hit taken, 86k max ele hit taken, immune to all ele ailments, high stun threshold etc.

It's very good for mapping, good clear speed, good survivability, but single target dps is not very high, 13M (even with Icicle mine of Fanning) as POB says (invested a lot into ES), but imo it feels as 15-20M in game sometimes, not sure about dps calculations for Icicle Mine, also it seems that Minefield support in pob adds bit less dps than it should. Still was enough for Uber Shaper and Uber Exarch.
