In this video, Definitiv showcases his Phantasm Necromancer, an unconventional minion build and his personal path of exile league starter. It's a cheap and tanky ARPG build that does surprising damage, making good use of cyclone, and is actually tanky. This necromancer build feels more like a cast-on-crit build than a typical minion build.
