Int Stacking Kinetic Fusillade Elementalist - All Content - Endgame Build Guide - PoE 3.27

Hey everyone! Last week I showed you a concept starter build of Int stacking Kinetic Fusillade Elementalist and this week I am happy to say, it worked out beautifully. The build ended up being extremely strong, fast and more than capable of handling all types of endgame content. There's still much to improve on it though since it's an int stacker, basically the sky is the limit and the more divs you invest into the character - the crazier it gets.
